Our company’s technical department and production team conducted in-depth review and technical analysis of the customer’s drawings at the first time, sorted out the production process difficulties and structural key points, and officially launched the independent custom mold development work.
From mold design, CNC processing, structural debugging to internal trial production, every link is strictly controlled by our professional technical team. After the mold is completed, we arrange formal sample production immediately, and send the finished prototype to the customer for physical verification, dimensional confirmation and assembly test. After the customer fully confirms that the sample structure, size and overall quality meet the equipment matching standard, we officially arrange large-scale batch production.
