She firmly believes that product quality is the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and every detail in the production process determines the reliability of the final product and the long-term development of the brand. Therefore, she did not stop at superficial inspections, but rooted herself in the production site to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth inspection of every link.
During the inspection, Ms. Lucia started with the strict selection of raw materials, carefully checking the specifications and quality of the raw materials used in the production of commercial sinks, ensuring that every batch of raw materials meets the high-standard requirements for corrosion resistance, wear resistance and structural stability. She then followed the entire production process, from the precision cutting of the sink body, the welding of the track, to the polishing and shaping, and every key link was inspected in detail. She asked the on-site technical team about the operation standards of each process, checked the accuracy of the production equipment, and verified whether the production process was in line with the pre-set quality standards.
In the production workshop, Ms. Lucia communicated face-to-face with front-line operators and technical backbones, listened carefully to their feedback on production difficulties and suggestions for process improvement, and inquired in detail about the operation status of the production line, the stability of product quality, and the implementation of standardized operations. For the problems found in the inspection, she put forward targeted improvement opinions on the spot: requiring the team to further optimize the welding process to ensure the smoothness and firmness of the connection; strengthening the quality inspection of the finished products to eliminate any defective products from leaving the factory; and optimizing the production process to improve production efficiency while ensuring quality.
Ms. Lucia emphasized that in the global market, especially in the field of commercial kitchen equipment, quality is the foundation of trust. Every employee must establish a “detail-oriented” work awareness, strictly implement the production standards in every link, from raw material selection to finished product inspection, and never relax the requirements.
